Return Process

  Receive Authorization

  Our technical team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the item in its original internal packaging with all included cables and manuals, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the device for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange unit within 5 business days.
